Trey Radel, the Republican congressman from Florida and self-described "hip-hop conservative,"is in the news: buying cocaine from an undercover cop on Dupont Circle in Washington, D.C., pleading guilty to possession, being sentenced to a year of probation, and taking a leave of absence from his office.
