Seriously strange Chicago art-rock outfit Ono had been at it since 1980, though after releasing their album Ennui in '86, the group went silent for decades. It could've stayed that way if Reader contributor Steve Krakow hadn't reached out to a couple founding members—bassist-percussionist P.
