In my capsule review, I describe the found-footage documentary Propaganda (which screens at the Gene Siskel Film Center tomorrow at 5:30 PM and on Tuesday at 8:30 PM) as "a provocative thought experiment," which is another way of saying I enjoyed reflecting on the movie more than I enjoyed watching it.
